Beer
Flagships, experiments, mead, seltzer, sours and ambitious strong beer, all with a reason for existing.
A small production brewery in historic downtown Palmer, right below the water tower, making beer with a story instead of a checklist.
The point of view
Bleeding Heart does not build its identity around the usual Alaska shorthand. The inspiration is broader and stranger: literature, sarcasm, music, tragedy, love, pain, heartache and the rest of the human experience.
That is why the beer names have stories, the labels have personalities, and the brewery's own line still says it best: Drink like you give a damn!

Right under the water tower
Today the taproom sits in the historic Matanuska Maid block in downtown Palmer. The location gives the brewery exactly what the brand needs: a real Alaska setting without turning every beer into a mountain-and-moose cliché.

Every release gets a name and a point of view that extends beyond where it was brewed.
