Tender corned beef pan fried with valley-grown potatoes, onions and bell peppers, topped with fresh parsley and cracked pepper.

Thick slices of custard-soaked bread seared until golden, stuffed with cream cheese and topped with whipped cream, powdered sugar and strawberries.
Monte Cristo
Custard-soaked toast pan seared to golden brown, stuffed with Swiss cheese and black forest ham, topped with strawberry compote and powdered sugar.
